BİRLEŞİM DÖKÜM SAN. ve TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. entered the sector in 1992 and made its first progress by commissioning two Dual Track Induction furnaces, which are 750 and 500 kg, in an area of 1000 m² in 2003.
In 2012, it expanded its premises with a total closed area of 3.500 m², and over the years, it has commissioned two more Dual Track Induction Furnaces, each with a capacity of 1.500 kg, a total of 3.000 kg. Our company, which has the capacity to produce castings from 1 kg to 3,000 kg as unicast, has expanded its product range up to 3,000 tons per year.
Besides all these, it included the OBLF brand Spectrometer Analyzer as well as Hardness Tester and Sample Polisher within the Laboratory and also an Annealing Furnace to perform the Normalization (Heat Treatment-Annealing) processes for low carbon and alloy Steel Castings by following the technology. Our company, which has received ISO 9001:2008 certificate since 2010, also takes one step closer to the quality standards it targets and carefully monitors its production.
Our company, which made an investment again at the beginning of 2021, still works devotedly to bring customer satisfaction to the forefront, establishing Mixer and Sand Preparation Plant, then commissioning the Press Molding Unit, and commencing mass production with higher quality.
